Crispy Corn

Who doesn’t like corns? Well, it’s a friendly snack, and we love it and believe so do you guys. Crispy corn is an ideal appetizer in just three steps for when you’re too tired and hungry at the same time.

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked Sweetcorn
  •   Flour
  •   Peri-Peri Masala
  •   Chopped Onions
  •   Chilies
  •   Coriander Leaves
  •   Lemon Juice

METHOD:

  • Dash flour in cooked sweet corn and fry until crispy.
  • Take a bowl, add fried sweet corns, chopped onions, Peri-Peri masala, chilies, and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and garnish with some coriander leaves.

TIP: You can also add Chaat Masala and chili powder if you don’t have Peri Peri masala at home!

Hara Bhara Kabab

Want a healthy meal that satisfies those junk food cravings too? Here we present to you Hara Bhara Kabab, with green peas and spinach that makes a hearty and tasty dish altogether. Do try the recipe at home! 

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Potatoes
  • Spinach
  • Green Peas
  • Gram Flour
  • Powdered Rice Flakes
  • Herbs and Spices: Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Green Chillies, Chaat Masala Powder, Mango Powder or Amchur Powder
  • Salt as per taste

METHOD:

  • Start with boiling 2 large potatoes. Keep it for 8-9 minutes and follow by peeling of the skin. Set these aside for now.
  • Boil 200 grams of spinach leaves and 3/4 cup green peas in a pot. 
  • Wash out with cold water after 5 minutes. 
  • Prepare a paste: add spinach leaves, green chili, 1/4 coriander leaves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, and 1.5 inches peeled ginger in a mixer. 
  • Set the smooth prepared paste aside. 
  • Coming onto the dough, grab a bowl and add mashed potatoes, green peas, spinach paste, gram flour, garam masala powder, amchur or dry mango powder, and salt to taste.
  • Add water and mix it well and tip with powdered rice flakes.
  • Make a stiff dough and, if possible, create it as a ball.
  • Once the dough is ready, heat an iron pan with 2-4 spoons of oil, take portions and make kabab shape and place it in the pan. 
  • Fry in medium heat, flip side, and cook till it turns golden brown.
  • Taada! Serve hot Hara Bhara Kababs with side chutney or dip. 

TIP: For an even better taste, after shaping the kababs you can add cashew in the center and then fry!
