SAIF IS VIOLENT?

SAIF IS VIOLENT?

The nawab believes in fist more than feasts. Long before he assaulted an NRI businessman, Iqbal Meer Sharma, at the Taj Mahal hotel, a police complaint was filed against the 41-year-old actor in 2008 after his security staff assaulted a photojournalist and snatched his camera on Khan’s direction. It happened in Patiala where he was shooting for his home production Love Aaj Kal. Even in 1994, Saif and his then wife Amrita Singh beat-up a female journalist, Kanan Divech, after Kanan asked a few awkward questions. They even ransacked Divecha's office. The matter finally was finally settled in Bombay High Court and Saif had to say sorry in written. A year later Saif had to apologise once again when he went to journalist Ashok Row Kavi's house and punched him. Kavi in one of his writings had made fun of Sharmila Tagore.

Hot headed King Khan

Hot headed King Khan

He is the one who just refuses to be diplomatic, in words and in action. Yes, he ‘had’ Shirish Kunder at Sunjay Dutt’s party for a genuine reason but he had once reached out to a media man when he was asked about a fling with Maya Memsaab’s costar Deepa Sahi.

Did Salman pee on Ghai?

It seems most of the people who call him bhai are also terrified of the consequences of not addressing him that way. He can do anything. A decade ago the hunk apparently peed on Ghai after Aishwarya Rai started sharing a warm relationship with Ghaisaab because she wanted to work again with the showman after Taal. Salman apparently slapped SRK on the sets of Chalte Chalte, damaged property, broke the windscreen of a vehicle and abused Aishwarya who was the first choice for SRK’s home production. He’s known to have violent ways with girlfriends. Remember Somi Ali and Katrina Kaif’s infamous birthday party.

When Govinda hit a fan

When Govinda hit a fan

Failure that follows massive success can derange even the most sensible soul. It can be best explained in the case of Govinda who after tasting massive success in Nineties started becoming a factory of flop films. He hit a fan, who some think was a newbie journalist, on the sets of Money Hai To Honey Hai.

Rishi got violent with Neetu

All that rumours of growing tension between Ranbir Kapoor’s parents weren’t for no reason. According to media reports in 1997, the Bandra Police station in Mumbai received a call from Chintu’s wife that he got violent after his daily dose of alcohol and that she wanted to file a written complaint. When a police officer visited the Kapoor’s house, Rishi Kapoor pretended to be sleeping and tagged the phone call as a prank.

Rakhi Sawant bashes up her BF

The drama queen, or should we say a bag full of silicon, once hit his...errr…her boyfriend Abhishek Awasthi in full media glare. The couple later broke up.

FOUR LESSONS ON PUNCHING HARDER

1. Don’t just speed: It’s important to know that just the speed is not important if you want to hit hard. There must be a certain level of force that must accompany the speed. Else, it wouldn’t hit hard if speed is not backed by the weight.

2. One inch theory: Instead of moving your arm a foot, if you move your body an inch and then land the fist, it would ensure bigger damage. That’s what Bruce Lee used to do. But don’t move it so much that you lose your pace.

3. Stay in the range: A flying punch wouldn’t break your opponent’s jaws. If you want to beat the shit out of him, make sure he’s in your range. Don’t stretch out too much.

4. Use Angles –Punching from different angles would ensure more power, more punching opportunities and even more pain on your opponent.
