Freaks and Geeks
It is now an accepted fact that technology is persistent throughout our lives. Many of us have a love/hate relationship with technology. We surveyed people to find out their equation with their favourite gadgets.

A sweet tooth for photography
I’m in a relationship with the most fascinating gadget ever i.e. my DSLR (Canon EOS 5D Mark IV) which is my baby love, the gadget I travel with. For me, taking pictures has become an addiction; I have a sweet tooth for photography. When somebody ask me whether I’m single, engaged or married, I usually tell them that I’m in a relationship with my camera and any time it may snap! Lol.
I love Apple
People who know me – people who really know me – know that I love Apple. I came into their products later in my life via my brother, but I never looked back. I’m firmly and confessedly in all its products. Apple is more than just marketing type. Their products actually are wonderful. For me, personally, using Apple products is a powerful stimulant for creativity and productivity. Even heaven without these products would be somehow boring!

A necessary evil
My laptop use is that of a toy: I play around on it and with the internet (at times) it plays around with me. I consider it as my best friend, but I know it’s my worst foe. It’s just a toll for work and I use it as an entertainment device. We just started dating. I think it’s a necessary evil. I just keep playing with it. What fun! Lol. I use it as a primary source of communication both for business and personal use. I go to Google at least twenty times a day - trying to find answers to questions that pop up on my mind.

My bestie
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is my best friend - you know, I can't live without it. Like every other teenager out there, I am a pro when it comes to my cell phone. I spend a lot of time browsing, playing, searching, and learning. I use it for shopping, and staying in touch with my friends and family via Facebook, Twitter, Skype, and Instagram. It is a fantastic tool until it decides to flip out and acts like a 4-year-old! But I'm sure we'll be friends for years to come (depends who of us dies first!)

A breath of fresh air
My relationship with technology is very special. Every time I turn on my Smart TV – I take a breath of fresh air. I open up whole new worlds of entertainment. It reminds me to find stillness in the midst of chaos, and brings me a moment of peace between tasks and engagements, and makes me pause in the present before I lose myself in the technosphere and forget to breathe again (hehe). There’s something both strange and fascinating about using technology to trick yourself into reconnecting with the real world.

Favourite toy
I always find myself checking my notifications - before and after breakfast, sometimes during lunch, then when I get a text or remember something I wanted to Google, then before I shower, after I shower, when I get into bed, and then one last time when I put my phone on Airplane mode. I know that I’d be better off going for a walk, reading a book, or simply watching the clouds. My mother has the stance that I can actually assume most mothers do: you shouldn’t check your phone at the dinner table. So to comply with her orders, every few minutes I would check my phone under the table. Love it or hate it, this is becoming the norm.
A special bond
For me, a gadget is something that makes my work easy and can store a huge amount of information in it. Be it mobile phones, laptops, TV, cameras or kitchen electronic equipments, I share a special relationship with all of them and is also a way for me to discover knowledge. Starting from the early morning till the time I reach my bed, I make use of some of the other gadgets in various ways.
Smart work with gizmos
Gizmos have now become an obsession with young generation and professionals. It has also being considered as the driving force for economic development ranging from share markets to e-commerce websites. The proliferation of gadgets has given us enormous options from tabs to Smartphones. I consider both, as they work 24x7 to generate my business through B2B marketing. Not only my gadgets are restricted to work, I often use them for surfing Youtube, Facebook and Instagram in my leisure time. I prefer doing smart work using gizmos rather than conventional way of doing business.
