Get Locked IN

We all have played video games. We all have dreamed of being right there inside a TV series and a movie. What would you do, if you had to do your own ‘Prison Break’ or had to diffuse a bomb like ‘Jeremy Renner’ in Hurt Locker? Well with ‘Mystery Rooms’, all your fantasies can come true.
Think if you are led into pitch black darkness. You and your companions are just given three torch lights. Your mission is to channel your inner Sherlock and solve a murder mystery in unknown and scary conditions. Oh, and did we mention you only have 60 minutes to complete the game ‘Cabin in the Woods’?

That is just one game in the Mystery Rooms. They have many more games like ‘The Hurt Locker’, as the name suggests it is inspired by the award-winning Hollywood movie. In this game, you have to find and diffuse a bomb before you run out of time and the bomb explodes. But, it’s not as easy as it sounds. To start with you have two rooms full of lockers and drawers. You have to find clues to unlock them and as you go through more and more of them, you will find more clues to unlock the lockers and cupboards with alphanumeric codes and keys. And then you finally have to solve a puzzle to diffuse the bomb. Time flies when you are involved in the game because the attention to detail is jaw dropping.

And if this doesn’t get your juices they have many more games. The most intriguing ones for us were ‘Lockout’, where you have to escape a prison while the guards are away, and ‘Abduction’ which starts with you tied to a wall undergoing torture.

Scared yet? Don’t be. There are always game masters monitoring the gameplay through cameras in the monitoring room. When you are stuck they even provide you a clue through screens placed on the walls and if the situations get too hairy for you, they will step in and stop the game.

The payoff is excellent too. Winners get gold medals to show off to their friends, the losers get one medal to share amongst themselves and in both cases your pictures will be shared on all their social media channels.

Mystery Rooms branch is just not available in Delhi, it’s also in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Goa, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. We suggest you take some time out and visit your nearest branch for a great experience.
