Indoor vs Outdoor
Are you a gym freak or a runner? We asked men about their preferred place for working out and, to our surprise, outdoors emerged as a clear winner.

Manish Verma, 29, Production Executive, New Delhi

I prefer working out outdoors because of the free space and the way it can be utilised. It makes me more active and opens and clears up my head too. Indoors restrict my outreach whereas the outdoors make me work more.
Vimal Pahwa, 21, Student, Chandigarh

I just can’t get myself to workout in a gym. I like to run, jog and skip in a park. For me, nothing is better than a morning run. It keeps me active and fit for the rest of the day and gives me ample amount of time and space to clear my mind.

Rishab Aggarwal, 18, Student, Pune

I like to make the most of my time in a gym. I prefer following an organised schedule of weightlifting and cardio. I have never tried the outdoors but I can safely say that a gym with weights, machines, an instructor and blasting music is the one for me.
Akshat Tiwary, 25, Advertising Consultant, New Delhi

I prefer working out indoors. This is majorly because of the decreasing air quality in New Delhi. Also, indoor workout disciplines like a gym provide a variety of exercises to concentrate on all body parts and that’s what works the best for me.
Aakash Ranison, 23, Traveller, Nasogi

I prefer working out outdoors as I am always travelling. Joining a permanent indoor setup such as a gym is not an option for me. Moreover, I prefer outdoors because running, trekking and cycling give me a better push than being in a closed environment.
