FHM: 2014 has started on an amazing note for you with the Kingfisher Calendar and the success of Yaariyan... are you high on success right now?

Nicole: Totally.
FHM: Success to you is?
Nicole: Success is to be more successful than you already are.
FHM: Are you successful?
Nicole: I will be in due course.
FHM: On any given day, if you had to pick between a bikini and dress, what would you choose?
Nicole: A dress.

FHM: We thought your answer would be a bikini...
Nicole: I can understand why!
FHM: Well, why dresses then?
Nicole: I love dresses. Classic dresses are immortal.
FHM: Dresses and calendar girl – a nutty combo, no?
Nicole: C’mon, I’m not wearing a dress for the shoot, so chill.
FHM: Okay, so what according to you could be the reason for Indian beauties not making it to the top at international beauty pageants?
Nicole: Firstly, we are not picking winners purely on merit. A more deserving contestant loses to a mediocre contestant because the latter is the organisers’ favourite. How can you send such people to international pageants and expect them to win? Plus, we don’t even train them properly. The level of competition is completely different at international platforms and you need a lot of skills to crack them.

FHM: FHM thinks the concept of beauty pageants has completely died out… do you agree?
Nicole: I think not producing enough winners would be a strong reason.
FHM: Share some insight, the berserk kind, about auditioning for bikini shoots?
Nicole: You are asking the wrong person. I never had to audition.
FHM: What are the secrets of the make up room that the general public never gets to know about?
Nicole: I think my secret is that I do my own make up.
FHM: Are there catfights amongst models?
Nicole: There are odd issues that sometimes crop up, but overall models are a nice lot to work with. I have not seen any real catfights.

FHM: If you had to taunt a model just to piss her off, what would be the easiest way to do it?
Nicole: Hahaha! Now why would I want to do that? If you asked me what would get me upset, I would say if someone took me for granted or didn’t show basic human respect, that could get me into war mode.
FHM: And if someone had to calm you down, what’s the easiest way to do it?
Nicole: Someone needs to intervene.
FHM: How much time does it really take for a model to get into a new outfit and be back on the ramp… A few seconds?
Nicole: Generally, about a minute if it’s a long show with a long list of models. My fastest change time has been 17 seconds.
FHM: Have you ever hosted pajama parties, or attended one?
Nicole: The only time I attended one was when we were shooting for Yaariyan.

FHM: What makes them wild?
Nicole: Your imagination, I guess, and probably a little wine or Champagne.
FHM: Ever did something your heart approved of but your brain didn’t?
Nicole: Not yet.
FHM: What makes you lose control of your senses?
Nicole: Any one disrespecting a woman. ANY WOMAN.
FHM: Ever slapped a guy?
Nicole: Once in college, but that was in my younger days.
