Priyanka Chopra Jonas has left the business two years after starting her restaurant Sona in New York. People were informed by a representative that “Priyanka has stepped away from her partnership at Sona.” Maneesh K. Goyal, the restaurant’s co-founder, will continue to run the establishment famed for serving the many flavours of India.
Maneesh told People that Priyanka was the restaurant’s driving force of inspiration and said, “We’re happy for her participation and support. She will no longer be a creative partner for Sona going forward, but she will always be a part of the Sona family, and we are looking forward to our respective new chapters.
Bringing Sona to life will undoubtedly be a proud and crucial point in her career, the representative said in a statement. She can pursue these goals on a more global scale by separating from Sona, and she is eager for the opportunities that lie ahead.
Sona Home is another luxury home goods company owned by Priyanka. Additionally, she owns the film production firm Purple Pebble Pictures as well as the haircare brand Anomaly. Priyanka spent time in London earlier while filming for her upcoming Hollywood movie, Heads of State. She has returned to the US and has become her husband Nick Jonas’ biggest supporter as he began his tour on Monday at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, New York. She went to the performance with Malti, her daughter.
The second season of Priyanka’s programme Citadel is also on the schedule. She had also agreed to be in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, however, it is claimed that she has now left the production. The film’s producer, Reema Kagti, has hinted that the “same cast” will be in it, but there has been no formal confirmation of this. Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif will also be the part of the film.
