Ducati Scrambler 1100

Among the latest and upcoming bike models, we saw a recurring theme of stripped down model often positioned as scramblers. The most eye-catching of the lot is Ducati Scrambler 1100, which comes from one of the greatest manufacturers of the scrambler bike range since the 1920s. The new model comes with a 15-litre fuel capacity, 31.9in seat height, a six-speed transmission and a maximum torque of 88 Nm at 4750 rpm. This Ducati model makes it a perfect scrambler. Except for its weight, which is 454 lb., that makes it a little too heavy. The fatter tyre sits between the new 45mm fully adjustable upside-down forks. The new headlight design with its X-shaped motif and LED DRLs completes a striking Scrambler-family front-end. You can get this model at an approximate showroom price of ₹13 lakh.

Triumph Scrambler 1200
Triumph Scrambler 1200 packs a massive punch at its rivals with the perfect bodywork and has the trademark Bonnie-shaped fuel tank. The bike has also kept the original aluminum trim all over the body. The seat height of 33.7in places it higher than Ducati, literally. A big aspect of the Scrambler 1200 is its 1,200cc parallel twin that’s got torque to go for days. Anything upwards of 1,500rpm comes in strong, accompanied by a deep flow from the exhaust. According to online reviews that we came across, responses to the throttle at low revs were much more immediate than other models in the scrambler category. The price of this model comes around ₹11 lakh.

There is a term that describes this BMW’s look and that is called “neo-retro.” Obviously the class design of BMW is visible in its brushed alloy bodywork, gloss black paint and contrasting stitches on the seat. This model also comes with a wide range of customisations, in case, if you wish to make it look like an extension of your personality. Here you go! This will cost you around whopping ₹18 lakh.
