Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai consists of a Cult Classic sitcom on Indian Television. 



Before Anupama, if there was any show which gave instant fame to Rupali Ganguly then it was ‘Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai’.  An Indian sitcom called Sarabhai vs Sarabhai aired for two seasons on Hotstar from May 15 to July 17, 2017, and on Star One from November 1, 2004, to April 16, 2006.

The main focus of the program was the stereotypical upper-class family residing in South Mumbai’s Affluent Cuffe Parade district.

This show has an ensemble cast of Rupali Ganguly, Ratna Pathak Shah, Satish Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, and Rajesh Kumar. The show went on to become a cult classic and was regarded as being ahead of its time in terms of its premise, writing, and average viewership figures at the time of its initial release. After the success of the show in India, it was also officially adopted in Pakistan as ‘Chana Jor Garam’.

In Delhi, a Punjabi family by the name of Singh is adjusting to the birth of their fourth child, Nikita, who goes by their fourth child, Nikita, who goes by the nickname Nikki. Parents Himani and Avatar Singh ask their three older children, Dolly, Rohan & Sunny, to assist in raising their younger sister when they go back to work.

This storyline was created by Phil Baker and Drew Vaupen, starring Sheena Bajaj, Gurdeep Punj, Gireesh Sahdev, Murtuza Kutianawala, Aakash Nair, Anannya Kolvankar, and Lakshay Dhamija. This is the show which invented Vlogging initially, and still, whenever people talk about making videos, they surely remember this show. This show was an adaptation of the English Sitcom, ‘Good Luck Charlie’.

One of the most successful sitcoms on SAB TV, Lapataganj was first released on October 2009 and lasted up to August 2014. The whole show was based on Sharad Joshi’s Novel of the same name ‘Lapataganj’.

The show was written and produced by Ashwini Dhir starring Rohitash Gaud, Vineet Kumar, Preeti Amin, Sucheta, and Subhangi Gokhale. The show has also won several awards while running on television that includes Indian Television Academy Awards, Zee Gold Awards, and Indian Television Awards.

Shararat: Thoda Jaadu, Thoda Nazaakat





Shruti Seth was also seen in 2006’s Fanaa alongside Kajol as her best friend.



As the name suggests, the whole show will keep you engaged with Shararats and Laughter. Shararat is a story of three women who have magical powers along with her mother Radha Malhotra and maternal grandmother Sushma Mehra.

The show consists of a talented star cast like Farida Jalal, Shoma Anand, Mahesh Thakur, Poonam Narula, Eva Grover, Shruti Seth, Karanvir Bohra, and so on. Star Plus broadcast the series’ 23 January 2003 debut, and it ran for 192 episodes before coming to an end on 17 November 2006.

Additionally, the program was rebroadcast on STAR Utsav, TV Asia, STAR One, and Disney Channel India. On June 26, 2019, Hotstar began streaming the series again.

It was a sitcom that, as the name implies, focused on events at a neighborhood police station. In the SAB TV Programme, an opinionated police officer works with her three mostly ineffective, entirely hilarious deputies to try and solve every crime that comes their way.

This Indian Cop-based television sitcom was first launched in 2006 and ruled over television up to 2015. Kavita Kaushik, Amir Ali, Ali Asgar, Gopi Bhalla, Kiku Sharda, Sandeep Anand, Shiv Pandit, and Vipul Roy was the cast for F.I.R.

The character of Chandramukhi Chautala is so popular, that Kavita Kaushik reprises her role as Inspector Chautala in the 2022 show, ‘Maddam Sir’.
