But there is an actor who has been in the Hindi film industry for the last 25 years and has given some of the best music albums over the years. As we said, in the Bollywood industry, every actor wants to make their luck shine, for which they work hard, but luck does not favour everyone. Actors have frequently attempted acting as well, only to meet with failure. There is one such famous singer and musician, who has been trying to become a hit actor for the last 13 years of his acting career, but every time he has faced only disappointment.
And this actor is none other than Himesh Reshammiya. Himesh Reshammiya is a famous singer and music director of the entertainment industry especially of Hindi film industry. His numerous hits have gained him many fans’ hearts. Himesh has been singing and acting for a few years now, but he has failed miserably each time. It’s noteworthy to note that despite never having a successful box office film, he has persisted in his endeavours. But the songs of those films instantly became hits.
When he started working on movies, Reshammiya’s debut film was Aap Kaa Surroor as a main lead which was released in the year 2007 where he shared the screen with Hansika Motwani. All the songs of Aap Kaa Surroor were sung by Himesh himself and were also composed by him for the film. However, this film, made for Rs. 9 crores, proved to be average at the box office in terms of earnings.
Exactly, one year later, Reshammiya was seen in the remake of 1970’s Karz with the same name ‘Karzzz’ alongside Urmila Mantodkar which was also a flop at that time. After the release, the condition of this movie was such that the makers were desperate to even recover the cost but the movie proved to be a disaster.
After this, Himesh Reshammiya worked in many films like The Xpose and Tera Surror, but he did not get success. Not a single film among them did well at the box office. He also worked with Akshay Kumar and Asin Tottukamal as a supporting actor in the film ‘Khiladi 786’ but the film also proved to be average.
Over the course of 13 years, Himesh Reshammiya has acted in roughly 9 films of which were box office failures. None of his films have performed well at the box office up to this point. Currently, Himesh Reshammiya is slated to feature as the lead character of the movie “Badass Ravikumar” which will be going to hit the theatres on 11th October 2024. It will be Reshammiya’s eleventh film with the lead actor.
