So Demi, what are you studying?

I’m at college studying beauty therapy. I’ve always loved doing people’s hair and make-up. My dream is basically to travel around the world doing beauty work.

Where in the world would you go?

I’d love to go to America, South America and Asia. I just love meeting people from different cultures and picking up new languages as I go.

Can you speak any of them?

I speak Spanish. I’m not at all fluent yet, but I’m getting there. My mum is Spanish and we have a house in the Canary Islands, so I thought I’d take a few classes.

A house in the Canary Islands? Very nice…

I love it over there. It’s got the best beaches ever – white sand and clear, blue water. I’d definitely like to live over there one day.

Where’s your next adventure taking you?

I’m going to the French Alps. I’ve never skied before, so that’ll be interesting and pretty scary. Maybe I’ll just spend the whole time sitting in the hot tub.

Sounds like a plan. If you could travel the world as someone’s beautician, who would it be?

Kim Kardashian. I love her style and I just think she’d be really easy to work with.

How would you deal with Kanye though?

I don’t know. I think he’d be really bossy. And he’s quite arrogant, which I don’t like.

So what do you look for in a guy?

Someone who is honest, makes me laugh and really takes care of me. I don’t like it when you’re trying to make plans with someone, and you ask them where they want to go or what they want to do and they just say, “I don’t know. You decide.” I like some decisiveness in a man.

What’s your idea of a good date?

I’m an old-fashioned romantic at heart. I like surprises and thoughtfulness. If I say I like Italian restaurants, I’d like the

Shopping. And I absolutely love reality TV. I can’t get enough of it. I’m A Celebrity…, Big Brother – I love them all. I just find it all really interesting. I like seeing how people react to different things in different situations.

Would you ever do it?

I’d definitely go into the jungle. I know I’d find it really hard, but it’d still be a great experience.

How would you fare with the old kangaroo balls?

That’s where I’d fail. I can’t eat anything horrible.

What special talent would you be able to show off there?

I don’t really have any party tricks, but I’m a good dancer when I’ve had a drink. And I just laugh and laugh all the time.
