Apple Event

If we talk about one of the biggest technology conglomerates in the world – Apple is surely one of them.

What Happened At The Apple Event?

Apple is notoriously known for not providing many changes to its latest releases. That was somewhat the case this September too. In total, 4 new iPhones were announced at the event – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, & iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Although we saw a new edition in the form of the iPhone 14 Plus this year, the Mini series on the other hand took a toll and seemed to be discontinued for unknown reasons. Along with the phones, Apple also announced the launch of its three watches – the Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Series Ultra, and the more affordable Apple Watch SE.

The third sphere where the technology mogul stepped foot was earphones. With its existing pair of Air Pods Pro – the brand announced the launch of Air Pods Pro 2 very soon to be seen in the markets. Now that you know most of it – let us get straight into the details.

iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, & iPhone 14 Pro

Just like the previous year, Apple has gone with the way of diversifying its line-up. Starting with models having no suffixes; the iPhone 14 is the more budget-friendly and newest entry-level smartphone in the line-up.

Talking of its specifications, it might be a let down for some, Apple chose to go with iPhone 13’s A15 Bionic chipset but being the beam of light in a dark room – the upgradation of the older GPU from 4 core to 5 core is something to be considered as a minor relief. Cameras are also the same at 12 MP but a bigger sensor for better low light performance is now added.

The iPhone 14 Plus, on the other hand, has the same specifications as the iPhone 14 but is rocking a bigger display and battery. The Plus display stands at 6.7’ inches compared to the normal variant’s 6.1’ inches. You might also call it a throwback into the golden XS – XS Max era.
