On 21st September 1980, Kareena Kapoor (Kareena Kapoor Khan) was born in the Kapoor family. Debuted in 2000, the daughter of Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor has given so many remarkable performances since then. But, unfortunately, she is only recognized for her character like Poo from K3G and Geet from Jab We Met.
In an Interview, Kapoor also admitted that she has done so much good work but people won’t talk about it and was only in between Poo and Geet. Kareena Kapoor has always had a strong presence on the big screen, but she is poised to establish herself in the world of OTT platforms and reach a wider audience. She will star in Jaane Jaan, a film version of the bestselling book “The Devotion Suspect X” by author Keigo Hagashino.

After Chameli, Kareena’s performance in the 2006 movie received widespread critical acclaim. She also won the Stardust Performer of the Year award, the Critics’ Award for Best Actress at Filmfare, and the Screen Best Actress Award that year. Kareena Kapoor Khan offers a great performance as the enigmatic Dolly in the well-liked film Omkara.

It was the second time when Kapoor collaborated with Reema Kagti after 3 Idiots. Talaash: The Answer Lies Within is a crime thriller film that was released in 2012. Apart from Kareena Kapoor, the film also features Aamir Khan, Rani Mukherji, Nawazzudin Siddiqui, and Rajkummar Rao. Kapoor also won the Stardust Performer of the Year for Talaash: The Answer Lies Within.
In Talaash, Kareena plays an escort with a sinister secret. She must radiate uncertainty and mystery while also making the audience care about her. She acts as Simran while doing all of the stuff.

Chameli (2004)
Chameli was released in 2004 and was seen as a Prostitute for the first time. Her first experimental role led to her being a critically acclaimed actress of that time. Kareena, who is known for her elegance and beauty, transformed into a street-smart prostitute with ease and the confidence required for the role. She was awarded with Special Award for Best Performance at the 49th Filmfare Awards.

Kurbaan (2009)
The love sequences between Saif and Kareena in the interfaith love story Kurbaan generated sensation when it was first released. Johar came up with the first plot and asked D’Silva to handle the directing. In his feature film debut, D’Silva focused on the script’s female lead, Khan and Kapoor’s romance, the suspense element, and a social message.
Despite receiving favourable reviews, the movie didn’t do well at the box office, however, Kapoor received plaudits for her performance.

We Are Family (2010)
Released in 2010, We Are Family is produced by Dharma Production which was an official adaptation of 1998 Stepmom featuring Arjun Rampal, Kajol, and Kareena Kapoor. At the box office, it was just a modest success. However, after its release, it earned favourable reviews from critics, with particular attention paid to Kajol and Kapoor’s performances. It was declared semi-hit at the box office and Kareena Kapoor won Best Supporting Actress at the 56th Filmfare Awards.
