Prabhas-Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush’s new motion poster with 60-secs audio of “Jai Shri Ram” is released. The poster portrays Prabhas as Lord Rama. The new poster of the movie is released on the occasion of Akshay Tritiya. The makers first released its poster of Bajrangbali or Hanuman which is played by Devdatt Nage on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, which created a buzz around fans.
Adipurush is an Indian mythological film which is based on the “Ramayan”. It is written & directed by Om Raut and produced by Retrophiles and T-series. The shot is simultaneously in two languages Telugu and Hindi. This movie is considered the most expensive Indian movie under a budget of Rs 550 crore. Director Om Raut made his directorial debut with Ajay and Saif Ali Khan starrer Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior in 2020.
Pan-star Prabhas plays the role of Raghav or Ram and Kriti Sanon plays the role of Janki or Sita. other than these two stars Devdatt Nage plays the role of Hanuman, Sunny Singh as Lakshmana, Vatsal Seth as Indrajit, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh or Raavan, Sonal Chauhan, and Trupti Toradmal in pivotal roles.
The 60-secs lyrical poster slowly starts to glow brighter and then Prabhas was shown with a bow & arrow aiming at the ground. The poster denotes the power of Lord Ram that how simply chanting “Ram Ram” will give you peace and strength to face the situation. The poster has been released in 5 languages Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
As soon as the makers dropped this poster on the digital platform, fans go gaga over that. They are the same people who first criticised the movie teaser for its VFX and animation. The new motion poster started trending on Twitter. Actor Prabhas also shared this motion poster on his Instagram, while sharing the lyrical poster “Jab Naa jaa Paao Sare Dham, Toh Bas Le Lo Prabhu Ka Naam, Jai Shri Ram, Jai Shri Ram” and also released Raghav Poster of Adipurush on which its release date also mentioned.
Fans flood the comment box with good reactions. One of the users committed “VFX changed”, another user wrote “Mesmerized” and another one wrote, “Adipurush is such a history-creating movie”. One fan wrote “Goosebumps”, and one fan mentioned Ajay-Atul who create the music for the film and wrote, “what great music”.
Adipurush movie first released its teaser on Gandhi Jayanti (2 October) last year. And the teaser faced heavy backlash, people mainly criticised its VFX work and how Shri Ram was portrayed. Then, the makers again work on the movie’s weak points and now they released its two posters including a motion poster. Adipurush will hit the theatres on 16 June 2023. The movie will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival 2023. This will be held in NY (New York) from 7 June to 18 June.
