Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry With Zucchini Noodles

If you want to eat something spicy, add spicy shrimp stir-fry with zucchini noodles to your list. First, boil a few cups of water in a steamer basket and add zucchini noodles about 3 minutes. Once it stirs halfway through, remove the basket from the heat and drain the noodles. In a medium bowl, add sherry, sugar, red flakes, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and whisk it. Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil in a skillet over a high flame and add scallion greens for 30-35 seconds and set it aside. 

Pat the shrimp and season it with pepper and salt. Then, one by one cook the shrimp in the same peanut oil until it is opaque and remove it to the plate. Take another pan and place it on a high flame, then add leftover peanut oil and stir-fry bell peppers and jalapeno with garlic, ginger, and scallion white for 1-2 minutes. In the last, add the sauce you made earlier to the skillet. After that, toss it in the shrimp and scallion greens and serve it a delicious dish with zucchini noodles.

So, all the soup lovers, we come with another recipe for chicken soup which we assure you’ll love. Chicken tortilla soup will fill your hunger pangs and it’s a perfect comfort food. To make this authentic Mexican soup, you will need to saute onion, garlic, and tomato puree and some additional pieces, with water, then add seasoning. 

After that, add corn, beans, chillies, cilantro, and hominy in a pan. Place the chicken in the cooker and sprinkle with cumin, chilli powder, pepper, and salt. When it is purely cooked, cut the chicken into chunks and add it to the soup. Add some grated cheese and lime juice on top of it and serve it hot in a bowl.

Parmesan Fish Sticks With Glazed Carrots

Every portion of parmesan fish sticks with glazed carrots is filled with nutrients and this will satisfy your soul. To make this dish, you will need to preheat the fish in an oven in large rimmed baking sheets with olive oil. Take a shallow bowl and combine flour, pepper, and salt. Take another bowl and add melted butter, parsley, and breadcrumbs and stir it in parmesan. Also, whisk an egg in a separate bowl. Cut the fish into pieces, cover it in seasoned flour and shake off the excess. Then, dip it into the beaten egg and then, roll it into the breadcrumbs mixture. Put the fish strips on a baking sheet. Bake it for 8-10 minutes then flip it and follow the same until it is golden.

On the other side, add carrots, brown sugar, butter, salt, and half a cup of water in a large skillet over medium flame. Cover the pan and cook it until the carrot softens for 6 minutes. In the last, add vinegar in that. Then serve it with fish sticks.
