Not just fun and healthy, sex is also an important part of life. Everyone has a different idea of what constitutes a fulfilling sexual life. While some individuals are perfectly content to only engage in it occasionally, others desire to do it frequently. However, you might be wondering if there is such a thing as too much sex. Everyone has a different idea of what constitutes a fulfilling sexual life.

Before getting into what can be considered too much, first, let’s explore what can be considered normal when it comes to sex.

People between the ages of 18 and 29 engage in sexual activity an average of 112 times a year, according to a study centre examining sexuality, relationships, and well-being. In contrast, the number is 86 times annually for those aged 30-39 and 69 times for those aged 40-49. According to their age, people typically have this much sex.

So, is it too much if you consume more than the normal amount? Although there is no such thing as too much sex, women should always pay attention to their bodies. Your body is trying to tell you not to have sex if you’re too fatigued, painful, or not lubricated enough. Just like every man, a woman’s body equally wants it, needs it and enjoys it the same. There are many people in this world who might have had this thought once in their life. So now that you know you’re not doing anything wrong, let me reassure you once again that there isn’t anything like ‘too much sex’. Period.

Just like every man, a woman’s body equally wants it, needs it and enjoys sexual intimacy.

However, it is possible for you to have inconsistency of sexual desires, but it doesn’t really signify you are having too much of it. Compatibility and intimacy have a lot to do between couples. While there can be variations of sexual desires between couples, it is something that can be worked upon. If you and your partner enjoy it and want it at the same time, voila! Who’s stopping you? Sex is simply an emotion, a desire shared personally between two partners. So if you and your beau have the same level of desire, it is going to be a lot more fun while you both enjoy yourselves.

Coupls can always work on variations of their sexual desires by communicating what they like.

We all know that sex isn’t only about physical intimacy, it also helps to calm the mind and release stress. There can be times when one of you might feel your sexual desires going down. For such times, you can anchor their sexual memories as they help them to remind you of the good times. All you need to have is good communication with your partner, your needs, and what you want, like and enjoy. Remember, if you and your partner are enjoying yourselves, don’t let anyone judge when, how, or even how many times you’re having sex.
