How every considerate of you! I’m Sonali and I’m 23. I did my Undergraduation in Mumbai and then did my MBA in London from London Business School.

What about your undergraduation?

Jai Hind College (sheepishly) but don’t put that up!

You just dug your own grave!

No honestly! Please don’t put that up. Just mention Pass Business School.

We’ll see about it. What are you going to do to bribe us though?

You should, shouldn’t you?

Okay so tell us what you do for fun. We’re really interested.

Not as interested as finding out if you’re single or dating though.

Very subtle with your hints, aren’t you?

We try.

I watch movies, I’m interested in Bollywood. Love going on girl trips with my gang once every year and I love to dance. I’m in fact, formally trained in jazz and hip hop dance forms.

Nice! Someone seems to have varied interests. What are you reading at the moment?

Currently not reading anything because of my tight schedule but I read anything I can get my hands on. From the back of shampoo bottles to just about anything.

What about travel? Wanna include us in one of them girl trips? We promise to do all the baggage lugging.

No! We can’t have you guys intruding! Defeats the purpose of an all girl trip!

That really gets the mind wandering, doesn’t it?

Does it? (giggles). Anyway, I’ve travelled extensively within the country. The more recent places I’ve visited are Gangtok and Ladak, which was last year. I’m fascinated by Tibetan culture, which I’m studying currently. I’ve also travelled over Europe and Canada.

Cool. So what would your dream destination be?

Norway! I’ve always been captivated by penguins and igloos. Basically anything Antarctica related.

How does one contact you? Cause we’re guessing you’re not overly enthusiastic about sharing your number.

Well I’m not an active social networker if that’s what you’re asking. I use my Blackberry to stay in touch with people and I’ve almost stopped checking Facebook.!

Damn. All elusive, aren’t we? Anyway, now that we’ve held back for an appropriate amount of time we’re officially allowed to ask you the question you’ve been dreading and we’ve been anticipating.

Damn! Here it comes. I thought you’d forgotten!

You wish. So are you single or dating?

(giggles) It’s complicated. Actually, I’m not going to comment. You should just keep them guessing.

So you want to play mysterious, eh?

(laughs) Maybe. Gotta keep them guessing.
