Hi Martina! Welcome to FHM India, when did you come to know that you wanted to become a model?
It wasn’t a long time ago, I first stepped in as a stand-by for a model. I didn’t have much time to think about it, from there I developed my passion for modelling.
Being challenged in life is inevitable, we all face difficulties while beginning our careers. What were the difficulties you faced and how did you overcome them?
After my apprenticeship, I started working in a company that only employs men. As a woman I had some experiences where I had to prove myself, but I still love my work.
What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is a fascinating world in itself. Fashion is a way to empower yourself and influence others. A German proverb says: “Clothes Make People”. It means dressing in a certain manner can actually shape your behaviour and affect the way you perform.

You look extremely fit and gorgeous. How much do you think that being fit is important in one’s life? What is your easy-peasy routine or secret mantra?
Thank you for the complement! I think it’s very important to stay fit, life has challenges always ready that can be mastered in a better way if you’re fit! My secret of being fit is that I really love sports and my handsome coach adds to it.

What do you do for fun to relax on a day off?
I love to spend my day off by travelling or sauna to relax. All this keeps life interesting.
If you were stranded with someone in an unknown location, what would it be and with whom?
It would be more interesting to be stranded in a known place with someone you don’t know. It would make things more intriguing.
What is your idea of a perfect date?
I am an adventurous person, for me going on a date for a parachute jump can be more than perfect.

What message do you have for our readers who aspire to become like you?
I just want to say, everything is possible, you just need to go for it. Everyone is unique in their own ways and one just needs to be who they are.
Shed some light on your upcoming projects and plans both professionally and personally.
The next personal project, I am really looking forward to is my trip to Mexico, where I will get to know the whales better. It’s one of the biggest dreams of mine, we must protect these friendly giants. But there are also some new projects professionally, for which you need to stay tuned.
