American actress Natalie Portman, who is best known for her performance in “Black Swan” is getting separated from her husband Benjamin Millepied. They have been married for 11 years. The couple has shared two children – Aleph (12) and Amalia (6). Her husband Benjamin Millepied is a choreographer. According to the sources, the decision came after following Benjamin Millepied’s alleged affair with Camille Etienne. She is 25 years old and works as a climate activist. Their splitting news started circulating in the media on their 11th wedding anniversary (August 4), when Natalie was seen without her wedding ring. On August 4, she was attending an event in Australia.

As per the reports, the actress was aware of her husband’s affair several months ago and she tried to rebuild trust to save her marriage just for the sake of children. In June, a source said the affair was short-lived and Benjamin was deeply regretted for his action. The couple have been trying to work on their relationship after his affair news broke out.  Because the actress doesn’t want that her kids grow up in a broken home.

Natalie is always tight-lipped about her private life. Her priority is to protect her children. So, she always tried kept away her kids and personal life out of the limelight. However, the couple hadn’t officially released anything yet. The speculations started off with their living separately and splitting after the actress was spotted a few times without her wedding ring.

In 2009, Natalie Portman met with Benjamin Millepied on the set of the Oscar-winning movie Black Swan. Natalie was playing the lead role in the movie, while Benjamin was a choreographer in the film. Apart from this movie, the duo worked together on several other projects including the Vox Lux movie, which was released in 2018. In this movie, Benjamin’s choreography helped in the transformation of Natalie’s character. She played the role of troubled pop star Celeste. Benjamin proposed to Natalie in 2010 and the duo get married in 2012.
