This small tip is not only for the bride-to-be but also for the groom-to-be. After all, they are also the showstoppers at the wedding, along with the bride.

It is true that in winter, ultimately, your skin looks dull, and this season snatches your whole moisture. So, dear bride and groom, if you want to maintain the glow of your skin and shine at a wedding, scroll down to read some skin care tips for this Shaadi season.

Keep Yourself Hydrated

Grooming

Yes, we know that in winter it is very difficult to have water every few minutes, but it is very necessary to have at least 3 litres of water every day to keep yourself hydrated. Hydrating skin starts within. It flushes off all the toxins, keeps your skin plump, and makes your skin ready to absorb all the products you apply to your skin. At weddings, both the bride and groom apply products that need to be absorbed and give you a complete look to yourself.

Follow the CTM Rule

Grooming

CTM (Cleansing, Toner, and Moisturiser) is the basic step you need to follow this season. CTM is the favourite regime of women, but men are more likely to skip these steps. But if men also want good skin at weddings, then they need to follow this CTM rule. It is a rule that is highly recommended for men if they want to have healthy and clear skin.

Start with cleansing, and wash your face not only with water but also with a mild face wash to remove all the impurities from the skin. Follow the step with toner (for toner, you can simply use rosewater that clogs your pores and keeps impurities away from your skin). Afterward, complete the step with a moisturizer as per your skin type. Follow this step twice a day.

Follow the proper Balanced Diet

Grooming

It’s no mystery that the skin is a reflection of what you eat. Other than using natural skin care products, it is highly recommended to follow a healthy diet. For a proper balanced diet, you have to first avoid the fad diet. In your diet, add superfoods that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, zinc, and healthy fats that give you the inner radiance, which also reflects in your outer appearance. And, as soon as possible, switch yourself to leafy and green vegetables.

Sun protection with Sunscreen is a Must

Grooming

No doubt, sunscreen will never be replaced as your skin’s best friend. It protects your skin from the sun’s harmful rays, which can cause tanning and pigmentation, which makes your skin look dull and unhealthy. You can go with tinted sunscreen or matte sunscreen according to your skin type.

Get Proper Sleep, Practice Yoga/Meditation, and Be Happy

Grooming

It is said that before the wedding, both the bride and groom become too busy with the things that are required for their wedding, but they forget that their bodies also need rest and quality for their D-Day. So, if you are going to be married this year, then you must look after your sound sleep. Other than this, don’t forget to practice yoga and meditation; they help you to stay calm and prevent wedding stress.
