CTM (Cleansing, Toner, and Moisturiser) is the basic step you need to follow this season. CTM is the favourite regime of women, but men are more likely to skip these steps. Start with cleansing, and wash your face not only with water but also with a mild face wash to remove all the impurities from the skin.
