These TV shows have managed to keep the audience hooked

From Akshara to Anupama, here are the shows that have managed to make their way to the audience’s hearts.

Every household has seen the women of the house obsessing over the Hindi TV daily soaps and even their characters. The characters and the plot of the daily soaps from 10 years ago have taken a drastic change and the bahus of the television are no more ‘abla naaris’ now. Well, we won’t deny the fact that there are some TV shows which are senseless and fictional in terms of context, but if you think nobody is watching such shows, my friend you are wrong.

Undoubtedly, women have ruled the TV screen over the years with their characters and acting skills, leaving an impact on the minds of their target audience, especially with the image of the ‘Sanskari and Adarsh bahu’ like Tulsi and Akshara to name a few. But in recent times, the concept of sanskari and Adarsh bahu has changed with the world becoming progressive. The female characters are still ruling the screen, but with better and more powerful characters, who are now the bold and inspiring avatars of tv bahus.
