Comedian Kapil Sharma is ready to make his singing debut in a collaboration with Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa and shared the poster of their upcoming song.
Comedian-host-actor Kapil Sharma is a household name in India. He is entertaining us for many years through his comedy show and he has a great quick wit and comedic timing. Now, he is set to make his singing debut with one of the most popular Punjabi singers Guru Randhawa. Kapil Sharma showcased his singing talent on his show “The Kapil Sharma Show” several times. Finally, he is adding another feather to his hat as his first song is going to release soon. On Sunday evening, Guru Randhawa and Kapil Sharma took to their Instagram and shared the poster of their upcoming music video, titled “Alone”. This is their first collaboration together.

While sharing the post Guru Randhawa wrote “We are excited to share “Alone” with you all. He added can’t wait for the world to hear Kapil paji (brother) debut song released on February 9. As soon as they post this news on social media, many Bollywood celebrities, singers, popular personalities and their fans reacted to the post and flooded the comment section with love. Their fans are eagerly waiting for the release of their song and they showered love on this duo.
In the poster, comedian-actor Kapil Sharma wore a brown-fur coat over a black colour T-shirt and opted for dark sunglasses. While singer Guru Randhawa wore a black coat over a matching sweater and gloves and also dark sunglasses. Their song Alone is produced by T-series and will release on 9 February 2023, during valentine’s week.

Recently, singer Guru Randhawa collaborated with Biggboss fame and actress Shehnaaz Gill on the song Moon Rise. The music video was released earlier this month while the audio version of this song was released in 2022 and received immense love from the audience. Soon, he is going to make his acting debut alongside actors Anupam Kher and Saiee Manjrekar with an upcoming comedy-drama film “Kuch Khatta Ho Jaay”.
On the other hand, Kapil Sharma rose to fame by winning the comedy reality TV show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and then he won the Comedy Circus. He also hosted several award shows and reality shows including Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Chhote Miyaan. In 2013, Kapil launched his own comedy show, “Comedy Nights with Kapil”. In 2016, he changed the title of his show “The Kapil Sharma Show”.

After successfully hosting many shows, he tried his luck in acting with the movie Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon which was released in 2015 and directed by Abbas-Mastan. He was last seen in the Firangi movie which was directed by Rajeev Dhingra in 2017. He will be next seen in Nandita Das’s Zwigato alongside Shahana Goswami. Which had its premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2022 in the Contemporary World Cinema section. The release date of this film is not out yet.
